2026 MBIA Membership Information
Join MBIA Now MBIA Membership Guide MBIA’s strength comes from its members. When we participate together—through advocacy, events, and engagement—we build a stronger association, a stronger voice, and a stronger building industry in Maryland. Joining the Maryland Building Industry Association means becoming part of a united community that is shaping the future of Maryland’s building industry. MBIA members understand that success doesn’t happen in isolation—it’s built through strong relationships, shared advocacy, and active engagement. When you join MBIA, you gain more than access to events and resources. You become part of a collective voice advocating for housing affordability, responsible growth, workforce development, and smart regulation. A strong industry needs a strong association—and that strength comes from engaged members working together.
MBIA also connects you directly with builders, developers, remodelers, and industry partners who want to do business with fellow members. Through networking events, councils, committees, and chapters, MBIA creates opportunities to build trusted relationships that lead to real business growth.
Most importantly, MBIA is strongest when members participate. Whether you attend events, serve on a committee, support advocacy efforts, or simply stay connected, your involvement helps strengthen the association and the industry as a whole.
