The Maryland Building Industry Association is the voice of the residential construction and remodeling industry in Maryland. Through advocacy and education, we aim to enhance the business climate for members, and to provide quality obtainable housing to the community. MBIA members are a consortium of Maryland's top building industry professionals.

The mission of the Maryland Building Industry Association is to advocate for the building industry with a commitment to maximizing business opportunities for its members while working to promote a positive image and to serve as a resource to our members and to the public at large.
