MBIA’s 55 & Better Housing Council assists its members in the successful pursuit of acquiring, developing, designing, building, marketing, managing, and selling or renting housing for the 55+ market. The Council encourages developing an adequate supply of 55+ housing by providing education, communication, and advocacy. The Council is committed to sharing information, trends, and research while increasing members’ access through recognition, advocacy, and networking opportunities.
