Guaranty Program
The Builders Development Guaranty Group programs were started in 1988 to provide an alternative to conventional bonding. These programs are provided exclusively to MBIA members and offer competitive fee structures and modest collateral security requirements.
The Builders Development Guaranty Group programs:
- Were established to support the building industry within Maryland.
- Provide certificates that are turned around in 1-3 day (usually within 24 hours)
- Provide certificates that are available during all economic times.
