The Maryland Building Industry Association is proud to recognize individual leaders in the home building industry at the Maryland Building Industry Awards of Excellence.
The Milton E. Kettler Award will be presented in recognition of a lifetime of unselfish participation, contributions and services that include: business, trade or professional organizations; the building and housing industry and the community. Nominations are due September 23.
The Joseph C. Rodgers Sr. Award is presented annually in recognition of extraordinary and outstanding contributions to the Association by a non-builder member. Nominations are due September 23.
The Stewart J. Greenebaum Award is presented annually in recognition of extraordinary and outstanding contributions to the Association by a builder member. Nominations are due September 23.
The Chapter Member of the Year Awards recognize members who have distinguished themselves through their contributions, participation and service in the MBIA and within the home building industry throughout the past year. Nominations are due September 22. Awards will be given at the MBIA Awards of Excellence.
The Land Development Awards of Excellence program offers recognition of projects and professionals who demonstrate excellence in residential and mixed-use land development. Nominations are due October 1.
