Stewert J. Greenebaum Award Nomination

The Stewart J. Greenebaum Award is one of MBIA’s highest honors, recognizing a builder member whose dedication, leadership, and service have made an extraordinary impact on both the association and Maryland’s building industry.

Named in honor of Stewart J. Greenebaum, a distinguished industry leader and longtime advocate for MBIA, this award celebrates individuals who have consistently gone above and beyond in support of the association’s mission. Recipients demonstrate a well-rounded history of volunteer leadership and meaningful contributions through committee service, committee chairmanships, educational speaking and instruction, new program development, membership recruitment and engagement, and unwavering support of the home building industry.

Nominees must be current Builder members of MBIA and exemplify the spirit of service, innovation, and leadership that strengthens our association and advances the industry. The ideal candidate is not only a respected professional, but also a passionate advocate who has invested their time, talent, and expertise to help MBIA and its members succeed.

This award honors those whose legacy of leadership continues to inspire future generations of industry professionals and leaves a lasting mark on MBIA and the Maryland building community.
