Rooms are available to MBIA members only. Non Members are eligible for a room with sponsorship. Contact Carey Swift for more details on this.
Room Rate is $399.00 - MBIA will collect your credit card at this time. It will not be billed until the deposit list is sent to Encore in early 2027. There is a non refundable deposit that will be charged by MBIA should you choose to cancel your rooms.
A daily resort fee of $50.00 plus 13.38% tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.
The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:
- In-room Wi-Fi: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed (a value of $80 per day)
- Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40 per day)
- Access to our Resort pools and sundecks
- A dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times
- Unlimited local, domestic long distance (including Hawaii & Alaska) and toll-free calls
- Complimentary digital access to more than 5,000 newspapers and magazines from around the world
- Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls
Please note that the resort fee is applicable to all Resort accommodations inclusive of special rated and complimentary accommodations.
