Outstanding Sales Achievement Entry Form - Associate

The MAX Outstanding Sales Achievement Awards recognize the hard work of Associate Sales Professionals.

Criteria: Candidates must be a representative of an MBIA Associate member and a member of the Sales and Marketing Council. Candidates must be nominated by their Sales Manager. The nominee must submit a one paragraph narrative on why they should receive the award, and sign and date the narrative. All nominees will be interviewed. The nominating sponsor must submit a candidate questionnaire.

Judging: Judging will be virtual the week of March 30.  Candidates are judged on the combined evaluation of the Registration Package and a virtual interview. Judges will base their decision on sales performance, customer service, and professional approach to selling and ability to overcome market obstacles. Continuing education, involvement in the new home industry, including MBIA and SMC, is a plus.
