Merchandising 2

Criteria: The categories are based on total home price, reflecting all options included in the actual home to be judged, plus available incentives as of December 31, 2024 or sell out of community. All submissions must include a marketing statement of 200 words or less with at least 10 interior photos (max of 25). Entries may not be winners from the prior year, defined as winning for the same house in the same community.  Builders may enter a previous winner of the same model if it is located in a different community.

Judging: Judges are assigned to ensure no conflict of interest exists with participating companies. Many factors are taken into consideration, including appropriateness for target market, buyer profile, continuity, balance and scale, how well budget was applied, creativity, and overall impact.

Deadline: Entries are due March 9, 2026 ​

Event: April 16, 2026, Martins West, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM REGISTER

Price: $430 per entry / $400 per entry for 4+ entries
