Professional Bio
In her current role, Ms. Waters conducts non-tidal and tidal wetland and waterway delineations in accordance with the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) Wetland Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements. She also completes forest stand delineation (FSD) field work, reporting, and planning. Ms. Waters has a thorough understanding of wetland/waterway permitting, including Joint Federal and State Permit Application requirements as well as FCA and local forestry jurisdictional regulations. In addition, she has experience with regulated resource impact analysis, mitigation requirements, pre-application meetings, agency coordination, monitoring, and reporting. In her role as an Environmental Technician she uses AutoCAD and ArcGIS software to assess environmental resources and draft Forest Stand Delineation and Wetland Delineation Plans.
