Maggie is an environmental & energy lawyer who regularly helps businesses, property owners, developers, and industrial clients solve environmental challenges, including obtaining and complying with the permits necessary to operate, overseeing the remediation of contaminated sites, negotiating and/or defending notices of violation in both court and administrative proceedings, litigating contamination liability claims, and dealing with regulatory agencies.
