We are very excited to have Senator Brian J. Feldman as our Guest Speaker for our November Board Meeting!

As Chair of the Senate Education, Energy, and the Environment Committee, Senator Feldman oversees state legislation governing land use, local zoning, housing supply, and development permitting. His committee plays a central role in considering major state housing initiatives—such as zoning modernizations to increase housing inventory (e.g., the Starter and Silver Homes Act) and regulatory stability measures for residential development (e.g., the Maryland Housing Certainty Act).
