Baltimore City Chapter Eager Landing Tour & Happy Hour

Please join the MBIA Baltimore City Chapter on Thursday, October 29, 2026 for a seek peek of  D.R. Horton's Eager Landing, followed by a networking happy hour.

Eager Landing is bringing 54 new townhomes to East Baltimore’s Eager Park community, including 11 designated affordable homes. Advanced by Eager Park Partners—a partnership between Mayson-Dixon and Charm City Buyers—in collaboration with The City of Baltimore, East Baltimore Development, Inc., the project reflects a shared commitment to neighborhood revitalization, expanded homeownership opportunities and access to resources for emerging/growing developers.

Financing support from The Reinvestment Fund, the State of Maryland, and Johns Hopkins Medicine helped make this development possible. Highlander Contracting completed the site work on time and on budget, with civil engineering by Morris Ritche & Associates. D.R. Horton is scheduled to deliver the first homes by November 2026 and begin construction on the next group after winter.
