2026 MBIA Leadership Retreat *By Invitation Only*

MBIA's Leadership Retreat is an invitation only, overnight event for MBIA Board of Directors Members.

This year the retreat will  be held at The Tidewater Inn ( https://tidewaterinn.com/ ) from January 21st-22nd.

The Executive Committee will convene at 10:30am on January 21st.  The rest of the Leadership will arrive for lunch (noon).  The retreat will adjourn at Noon on Friday, January 2nd.  The Association will cover meal expenses including lunch, dinner, a beer and wine reception on the 21st and breakfast on the 22nd.  

You will be responsible for your room and any additional personal expenses.   As we did in previous years, we will allow spouses/guests to attend.  They will be invited to the Thursday lunch, the reception, dinner and breakfast on Friday.  The cost for them to attend is $175 (this covers their food etc.).   Please note that you are still expected to attend all of the business sessions.

 Chapter, Council and Committee Chairs- if you are not able to make it, we are hoping to have your Vice Chair or someone else representing your group.  This helps make sure that all groups are represented at this important event.  Please let us know ASAP so we can plan for this.
