Design and Architecture 2

Criteria: The categories are based on total home price, as of December 31, 2025. Price is not a criterion for “clubhouse” entries. The price categories may be adjusted by the Award of Excellence committee based on the actual entries submitted. New designs from 2025 are all that are eligible.

Judging: Judging will be done in house. Judges are assigned to ensure no conflict of interest exists with participating companies.   Floor plan, elevation and overall design will be considered relative to lot size and category. Blueprints must be submitted with your entry.  

Deadline: Entries are due March 9. 2026

Price: $390 per entry
