Steve Rudow

Steve Rudow is an FHA multifamily loan originator, screening and structuring prospective transactions while educating new clients on FHA programs and procedures. Steve joined the AGM team in early 2001 as an FHA MAP underwriter before transitioning to loan origination. Projects include new construction, substantial rehabilitation, and refinance under FHA Sections 221(d)(4), 220, 231, 223(a)(7), 241(a) and 223(f). Loan structures include a variety of financing and subsidy vehicles, including State/Local tax exempt bond financing with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC’s); Section 236 IRP De-Couplings; Section 202 refinance; and local grants and loans.
